Maegan Murphy is a writer and illustrator based in Los Angeles. She holds a BFA in Illustration from the Rhode Island School of Design and is a Fulbright research alumna. She spent her grant period in Turkey pursuing independent research into the relationship between creative practice, cultural heritage, and individual identity, in partnership with Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University and Sadberk Hanım Museum.
